Questions

A few useful answers.

What exactly does The Creativity Lab do?

We help ambitious businesses turn ideas into websites, stores and apps that grow. That means diagnosing what's stalling your growth, designing the experience to fix it and building it with your team. We are not an agency that runs campaigns. We are a creative partner that works on the pages, flows and positioning that drive sustainable revenue.

Who do you usually work with?

Retail, food, hospitality, travel, events and professional services, plus a few software products of our own. The common thread is a founder who wants a digital presence that does a job, not one that only looks good.

Are you a marketing agency?

No. We do not run ads or produce campaign content. We work on the thing the campaigns point at: the site, the store, the app and the structure behind them. Then we stay on it after launch.

Who from our side needs to be involved?

The founder, plus whoever owns marketing or operations. We keep the group small, because a project moves at the speed of its slowest decision.

How does pricing work?

Projects start from a fixed price for a defined scope; partnerships are monthly. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute discovery call.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No. Partnerships run month to month after the first quarter.

How long does a project take?

That depends on the scope. Every project gets its timeline with the quote after the first call; stores and apps are scoped once we know what they have to do.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to your current analytics, your goals for the next twelve months and one decision-maker in the room.

How do you measure results?

Every project defines its number up front: conversion, orders, leads or retention. We report against it monthly.

What if it doesn't work?

Then we keep working on it. That is what a monthly partnership is for: change something, measure again, keep what worked and drop what did not.
